TEXT ORDER: Plaintiffs request at #9 is Denied. Plaintiff is ordered to file either a request for clerks entry of default or a detailed status report on or before 1/21/2020. Plaintiffs Status Report at #9 lacks details. Plaintiff commenced this action against 2 defendants. See Dkt. No. 1. The Court directs Plaintiff to describe in detail efforts made to serve all summonses as to those defendants in this matter, and as issued in this action. At #2 on 11/25/2019, the clerk issued 2 summonses for Plaintiff to serve. At #7 on 12/17/2019, Plaintiff filed an affidavit of service as to only one of the two summonses issued. The Court directs Plaintiff to explain in detail as to status of the other summons (Choice Hotels) being served or whether Plaintiff intends to continue or discontinue this action as to that party who Plaintiff has not yet served.
