Filing 130 MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Motion (Dkt. No. 91) for reconsideration is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED, that Defendants Motion (Dkt. No. 98) to preclude evidence and for an award of attorneys fees is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Cross-Motion (Dkt. No. 104) for Rule 37 sanctions is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED, that Defendants Motion (Dkt. No. 109) for sanctions is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs request (Dkt. No. 115) for att orneys fees in responding to Defendants Motion for sanctions is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs submit an affidavit in support of their attorneys fees and costs in responding to Defendants Motion for sanctions within ten (10) days of this Memorandum-Decision and Order. Defendants may file a response within seven (7) days of Plaintiffs filing their affidavit; and it is further ORDERED, that Defendants Motion (Dkt. No. 112) to enforce the Protective Order is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs commit no further violations of the Protective Order and pay Defendants attorneys fees and costs of bringing the Motion to enforce the Protective Order; and it is further ORDERED, that Defendants submit an affidavit in support of their attorneys fees and costs in filing the Motion to enforce the Protective Order within ten (10) days of this Memorandum-Decision and Order. No. 25) for summary judgment is GRANTED to the extent it seeks summary judgment on: (1) all of Plaintiffs claims against them; and (2) Northeastern Ferrous, Inc.s breach of contract counte rclaim against Plaintiffs, and DENIED to the extent it seeks summary judgment on all of Defendants other counterclaims against Plaintiffs. Additionally, all additional counterclaims against Plaintiffs are DISMISSED as duplicative of the breach of co ntract claim; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Motion (Dkt.
