CR Bard Incorporated, et al., Civil Action No. 5:19-CV-1126 (GTS/ML) under Section G.2. of General Order 12, because there exists a similarity of facts and legal issues between the two cases that will likely result in a substantial saving of judicial resources. The Court sua sponte directs the Clerk to reassign this case to Chief Judge Glenn T. Suddaby as the assigned district judge with Magistrate Judge Miroslav Lovric remaining as the assigned magistrate judge. Senior Judge Thomas J. McAvoy no longer assigned to case. Additionally, Civil Action No. 5:19-CV-1126 (GTS/ML) shall be deemed the "Lead Case" and this case shall be deemed a "Member Case."
