D'Agostino: Appearances by Daniel Rose, Esq. for the Plaintiff; and Ronald Benjamin, Esq. for the defendant; Judge D'Agostino addresses counsel regarding the defendant's pre-motion letter. Judge D'Agostino will not permit the filing of motions at this time. First, the issue of diversity needs to be addressed with Judge Lovric.
