MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDER: It is ORDERED that Plaintiff's # 70 motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, and decision on that motion is RESERVED in part as stated herein; Defendants' # 54 counterclaims are D ISMISSED; Defendants' # 91 motion to strike Plaintiff's reply is DENIED as moot; Plaintiff's # 120 motion for default judgment is GRANTED against Defendant OSI and DENIED against Defendant Chumley; Defendant Chumley's # 126 / 127 motion to (1) permit him to represent himself pro se and (2) set aside the Clerk's Entry of Default against him is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff file a memorandum of law and any additional affidavits and exhibits necessary detailing its damages on its breach-of-contract claim by 4/28/2011.
