Clerk has corrected the docket text only to reflect this service. Defendants Family Court and Michelle Pirro-Bailey have appeared. Defendants Rose and Primo have not yet appeared or responded. To the extent plaintiff requests a default as to any defendants in Dkt. 22, that request is denied because it does not comply with the Local Rules of Practice of this Court. Plaintiff should consult the Local Rules which can be found on the Court's external website before filing any further request for default. TEXT ORDER: The Court once again notes that mail sent to the address provided by plaintiff has been returned as undeliverable due to "forward time exp". See Dkt. No. #19 . This is the second time mail has been returned when sent to plaintiff at the address on file with the Court. See Dkt. No. 9 . Court also notes that Plaintiff has filed a change of address with the Court. See Dkt. No. #26 .
