Filing 56 JUDGMENT: It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall have judgment against Defendants, jointly and severally, as to Count II of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint in the principal amount of $35,000.00 and post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from the date of the entry of the Order dated the 2nd day of June, 2015, until the judgment is paid in full. Filing 43 PARTIAL JUDGMENT: It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall have judgment against Defendants, jointly and severally, as to Counts I and VI of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint in the amounts as noted herein. The Court further ORDERS that Counts III, IV and V of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint are DISMISSED on the merits with prejudice. The Court further ORDERS that Count II of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint shall remain pending and all of Defendants' defenses thereto shall also remain pending and that the judgment with respect to Courts I and VI shall not, in any way, prejudice the parties' rights to litigate, in full, Count II of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint and the defenses that Defendants have asserted thereto.
