DECISION AND ORDER granting # 22 GTA Defendants' motion to dismiss the claims asserted against them in Plaintiff's complaint; and those claims are dismissed without prejudice; and denying # 24 Plaintiff's Cross-Motion for injunctive relief. Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Ludemann, McMorris & Silvestri, P.C., are sua sponte DISMISSED without prejudice, and his state-law claim for legal malpractice being dismissed without prejudice to refiling in state court within thirty (30) days of this Decision and Order pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(d).
