March 28, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 14 TEXT ORDER: In an Decision and Order filed on March 13, 2019, Plaintiff was directed to pay the Court's filing fee of $400.00, in full, within thirty (30) days. Dkt. No. #10 Plaintiff was advised that his failure to timely comply with the March Order could result in the dismissal of this action. Id. On March 20, 2019, Plaintiff filed a letter motion seeking an extension of time, for 120 days, to comply with the March Order. Dkt. No. #12 . Plaintiff's letter motion is granted in part; Plaintiff must submit the filing fee within sixty (60) days or this action will be dismissed without prejudice without further order of this Court. This action shall be DISMISSED unless, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Decision and Order, Plaintiff pays the Court's filing fee of four hundred dollars ($400) in full. 3. Upon Plaintiff's compliance with this Decision and Order, the Clerk of the Court shall return the file to this Court for review of the Complaint in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915A. 4. If plaintiff fails to timely comply with this Decision and Order, the Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing this action, without prejudice, without further order of this Court.
