This Court agrees with and adopts the Report's finding that Defendant Yuen has failed to carry his burden to establish that he is entitled to an offset of damages attr ibuted to either Plaintiffs' FLSA or NYLL claims. This Court awards damages as calculated by the magistrate judge in his Report, plus post-judgment interest, to be calculated pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961. See Report at 18.
