OPINION & ORDER #99517 that Defendants' Motion to Confirm the Appraisal Award is hereby GRANTED. The amount of Amerex's losses and expenses is significantly less than the amount of the insurance payment received by Amerex; therefore, there is no further relief for Plaintiff to seek, and the case must be closed.
