Filing 16 STIPULATION AND ORDER on or about November 2, 2007, Travelex initiated a law suite by Order to Show Cause against Morbey and AFEX for, inter alia, breach of contract, tortious interference with contractual relations, and unfair competition, and sought a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction the parties wish to avoid the cost in time and resources of a protracted litigation and now desire to resolve all of the claims and controversies among them relating to the Litigation and, as part thereof, to provide for certain agreements upon certain terms and conditions; in consideration of the respective agreements, covenants and promised contained herein and the actions be taken by the parties hereto, the sufficiency of which are acknowledged by the parties, the parties agree as stated in this order.
