MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER #98709 that because plaintiff's choice of foum is - under the circumstances discussed above - entitled to little weight; the Canadian court provides an adequate alternative forum and analysis of the relevant public a nd private interest factors demonstrates that deference to the Canadian Action is appropriate, defendants' motion to dismiss on grounds of forum non conveniens is granted.
