OPINION AND ORDER: The Court has considered all of the parties' other arguments and finds them to be without merit or otherwise not warranting discussion. In summary, then, the Court rules as set forth in this order. The remaining parties (the F und and the Citi Defendants) are directed to call Chambers by no later than September 24, 2010 to schedule the bench trial for the remaining claims (i.e., the remaining aspects of the third and Eighth Claims).
