Filing 78 OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, defendants' motion to strike (ECF Dkt. No. 66) is GRANTED, defendants' motion for summary judgment (ECF Dkt. No. 48) is DENIED, in part, and plaintiff's motion for summary judgment (E CF Dkt. No. 54) is accordingly GRANTED, in part. MetLife is to award Ms. Novick SID benefits for the entire twenty-six week period, adjusting for the payments already made, and her LID benefits claim is REMANDED to defendants who must process the application and notify Ms. Novick, in writing, of their decision.
