Filing 212 OPINION AND ORDER, re: 207 MOTION for Taxation of Costs as to Trial Graphics and Supporting Memorandum of Law and 204 MOTION for Taxation of Costs (Review of Taxation of Costs). For the reasons set forth in this Order, the motions are granted in part and denied in part. I have considered the parties' remaining arguments and find them unavailing. Plaintiff is entitled to $37,333.56, which includes the uncontested award of $375 in Clerk's fees. The Clerk is directed to enter an amended Bill of Costs consistent with this opinion, and to close the relevant motions and remove them from my docket. (Signed by Judge Harold Baer on 7/18/11) (pl) Modified on 7/18/2011 (pl). |
