Filing 33 ORDER re 31 Report and Recommendations. The Court adopts the findings and conclusions set forth in Judge Freeman's Report and Recommendation in their entirety. It is hereby ORDERED that Defendants are jointly and severally liable for statutory damages, pursuant to the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 504(c), in the amount of $5,000.
