OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons discussed above, defendants' motion to dismiss is granted as to LaChapelle's claims for trade dress infringement, unfair competition, and unjust enrichment. Defendants' motion is denied as to LaChapel le's claim for copyright infringement. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this motion [Docket No. 23].
