OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Petitioner's motion to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence pursuant to Section 2255 is denied. The court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1951(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order woul d not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Furthermore, as the Petitioner makes no substantial showing of a denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. (Signed by Judge John F. Keenan on 9/27/2012) (jfe)
