OPINION AND ORDER re: 18 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security: The Court has reviewed de novo the portions of the Record to which Oquendo objects and has reviewed the remainder of the Report for cl ear error. The Court agrees with Judge Ellis' recommendations and, accordingly, adopts the Report in its entirety. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to enter judgment and to close the case.
