AMENDED OPINION & ORDER: After considering the parties' arguments made on appeal and after examining the allegations contained in Plaintiffs Complaint against Beckman, the Court hereby finds that Plaintiffs have failed to state a claim as against Beckman. Accordingly, the Bankruptcy Court's October 2, 2012 Order and Judgment is hereby AFFIRMED and the Clerk of Court is hereby directed to terminate this action. (Signed by Judge Katherine B.
