July 26, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 67 OPINION & ORDER re: 34 MOTION modify the ex parte temporary restraining order re: 9 Order, Set Hearings. filed by Abdul Sultan Walji. The TRO's application to the two safe deposit boxes is modified, as discussed in the body of this Opinion. Otherwise, the TRO remains in effect until August 28, 2013, by consent of the parties. On that date, at 10 a.m., the Court will hold a preliminary injunction hearing, unless the parties seek a further extension of the TRO. July 3, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 61 OPINION & ORDER: The Court has received the attached letter from the CFTC, reporting the July 2, 2013 guilty pleas by defendants Walji and Francisco in the parallel criminal proceeding. The Court directs counsel for all parties to submit a letter by Tuesday, July 9, 2013, addressing the impact of these pleas on this case. Counsel for the CFTC and Walji are directed to further address whether Walji's pending motion to modify the temporary restraining order is now moot. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Paul A.
