OPINION re: 68 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Flat Rate Movers, Ltd.. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment as to the federal and New York state trademark infringement and unfair competition claims is granted agains t all Defendants except Itzhak Alush. Summary judgment is denied on the cybersquatting claim. Injunctive relief is granted as described above. Within ten days, Plaintiff shall inform the Court whether it seeks a trial on the outstanding claims, or whether it seeks to proceed directly to a damages inquest based on the resolved claims.
