ORDER re: 186 Report and Recommendations. It is ORDERED that the Report is ADOPTED, and Plaintiff's claims against NYCHHC are DISMISSED with prejudice. It is further ORDERED that, to the extent Plaintiff's objections filed in May 2016 challenge the dismissal of Defendant Memorial Hospital of South Bend for lack of personal jurisdiction, those objections are OVERRULED for the reasons stated in the Order dated May 12, 2016. It is further ORDERED that all other pending moti ons are DENIED as moot. It is further ORDERED that Defendant is directed to transmit a copy of this Order to Plaintiff via email at fenwang0102@hotmail.com.
