MEMORANDUM AND OPINION re: 20 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Municipal Credit Union. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant MCUs motion for summary judgment seeking dismissal of each of the claims asserted in Plaintiffs Amended Complaint is granted in its entirety. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for thepurpose of appeal. See Coppedge v. U nited States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962).This Memorandum Opinion and Order resolves docket entry number 20.
