The Court has considered all of the arguments of the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed above, the remaining arguments are either moot or without merit. Because all claims in the Amended Complaint are time-barred, and because none of the alleged exceptions to the app licable statutes of limitations save these claims from the time bars, the defendants motion to dismiss is granted. The plaintiffs have failed to make a showing that the deficiencies in the Complaint could be cured in a Second Amended Complaint. Accor dingly, the plaintiffs cross-motion for leave to replead is denied, and all claims in the Complaint are dismissed with prejudice.
