The Award is confirmed, and the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Petitioners and against Respondent in the amount of $141,035.53 , plus interest at the rate of 5.25% from February 27, 2013, through the date of judgment, together with attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $908.00.
