For the foregoing reasons, the Court holds that Respondents' Security Agreement is a f raudulent conveyance under DCL §§ 273-a and 276. Priestley's motion for summary judgment is granted; respondents' motion for summary judgment is denied. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate all motions curre ntly pending in this case. The Court directs the parties to meet and confer and, by May 12, 2014, to submit a joint letter to the Court, setting forth their views as to the remedies that the Court should order, consistent with this decision.
