OPINION AND ORDER re: 27 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Federal Insurance Company, 20 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Nomura Holding America Inc.: For the reasons discussed herein, Plaintiff's motion fo r partial summary judgment is GRANTED with respect to the Plumbers' Union Exclusion, and DENIED with respect to Section 13(g). The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Docket Entry 20. Accordingly, Defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment is DENIED with respect to the Plumbers' Union Exclusion, and GRANTED with respect to Section 13(g).
