Plaintiffs DWN and CCR are awarded reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred while litigating this action in the Second Circuit and Su preme Court, and those fees and costs will be assessed against Defendants ICE and DHS (and not Defendant-Intervenors GEO and CoreCivic).
