OPINION & ORDER. For the foregoing reasons, the Court OVERRULES the objections in their entirety, ADOPTS all of the Bankruptcy Court's findings of fact and conclusions of law, APPROVES the Settlement Agreement in its entirety, and ISSUES the re quested permanent injunction. This Court and the Bankruptcy Court shall retain jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising under or otherwise relating to this Opinion & Order. The parties to the Settlement Agreement are authorized and directed to take such action as is necessary to effectuate the terms of the Settlement Agreement. (Signed by Judge Katherine B.
