OPINION AND ORDER re: 33 MOTION to Certify Class (preliminary approval). filed by Zena Dixon, Asad Pervaiz Sheikh, Paul Huxtable. For the foregoing reasons, the joint motion for preliminary approval of class settlement is DENIED w ithout prejudice to renewal, provided that the parties address the issues discussed above. The parties shall file a joint letter by January 23, 2017 stating their intention to revise their settlement and motion for its preliminary approval, or proceed with the litigation.
