Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that Petitioner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close this case. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith ; therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purposes of an appeal.
