For the foregoing reasons, Pangea's motion fo r a writ of execution [DI 109] is granted to the extent that Pangea is entitled to execute on 37.5 percent less $75,000 of the net sale proceeds previously deposited with the Clerk of Court and denied in all other respects. Andrea's moti on [DI 113] and John's cross-motion [DI 116] also are granted to the extent that Andrea is entitled to a portion of the net sale proceeds of 62.5 percent plus $75,000 and denied in all other respects. For the foregoing reasons, Pangea's motion fo r a writ of execution [DI 109] is granted to the extent that Pangea is entitled to execute on 37.5 percent less $75,000 of the net sale proceeds previously deposited with the Clerk of Court and denied in all other respects.
