September 27, 2017	Filing 20 OPINION AND ORDER. Having carefully reviewed the record, including the transcript of the hearing and the ALJ's decision, the Court finds that the ALJ's analysis clearly adhered to the proper legal standards for making a disability determina tion. The Court further finds that the ALJ's determination that Plaintiff was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act and implementing regulations was clearly supp011ed by substantial evidence. Accordingly, the Court finds suf ficient support for the Commissioner's decision and no basis for setting it aside. For these reasons, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings is DENIED. The Clerk is respectfully directed to terminate the motion pending at docket numbers 13 and 17 and close this case. Filing 20 OPINION AND ORDER. Having carefully reviewed the record, including the transcript of the hearing and the ALJ's decision, the Court finds that the ALJ's analysis clearly adhered to the proper legal standards for making a disability determina tion. The Court further finds that the ALJ's determination that Plaintiff was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act and implementing regulations was clearly supp011ed by substantial evidence. Accordingly, the Court finds suf ficient support for the Commissioner's decision and no basis for setting it aside. For these reasons, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings is DENIED.
