OPINION & ORDER: This is an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York's May 26, 2016 Order Granting ResCap Liquidating Trust's Omnibus Motion to Enforce Injunctive Provisions of Plan and Confirma tion Order (the "Order"). Appellant Marilyn Lawrence, proceeding pro se, challenges the Order insofar as it bars her from prosecuting a lawsuit against Executive Trustee Services, LLC ("ETS"), one of the Debtors.
