King, UMG Recordings, Inc., 77 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Kingsid Ventures, Ltd., Estate of Riley B. King, UMG Recordings, Inc. For th e foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. All claims against Defendants Kingsid Ventures, Ltd. and the Estate of Riley B. King are dismissed. Defendants' motion for sanctions is GRAN TED as to Richard Liebowitz and the Liebowitz Law Firm PLLC, and DENIED as to Plaintiff Glen Craig. Defendants shall submit, on or before April 26, 2019, a declaration with detailed contemporaneous time and disbursement records to substantiate the am ount of fees and costs incurred in opposing Craig's motion to disqualify and preparing for and attending the evidentiary hearing.
