Filing 90 OPINION AND ORDER re: 82 MOTION to Amend/Correct 6 Answer to Complaint (Notice of Removal), Counterclaim, 24 Third Party Complaint filed by Hartford Fire Insurance Company. For the reasons described above, Defendant/Third -Party Plaintiff Hartford Fire Insurance Company' motion for leave to amend the answer and third-party complaint is GRANTED. The amendments must be filed no later than seven days after the date of this order and must be limited to the additio n of (1) the exclusion for loss caused by delay; (2) the exclusion for loss caused by latent defect; and (3) the exclusion for loss caused by acts, errors, or omissions in planning, zoning, and development. Plaintiff may, but is not required to, su bmit a letter requesting leave to conduct additional discovery in light of the above amendments. Any such letter must be filed no later than fourteen days after the date of this order and must not exceed five pages in length. Defendant may submit a response letter, also limited to five pages, no later than seven days after service of Plaintiff's letter, if any.
