OPINION & ORDER re: 29 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Infirmary Captain, Fields, Weeks, City Of New York, Joseph Ponte, Monica Windley, Munn, N.Y.C. Health and Hospital, Valejo. For the reasons stated above, defendan ts' motion to dismiss at ECF No. 29 is hereby GRANTED in full. Furthermore, the Court certifies, under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Opinion & Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis stat us is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
