The Court finds that Plaintiff has proven by a preponderance of the credible evidence that the automobile accident that occurred on April 8, 2013, was caused by the negligence of both drivers. Specifically, the Court concludes that Plaintiff is 40% responsible for the collision, and Defendant is 60% responsible. By this apportionment, Plaintiff is entitled to damages in the amount of $90,000. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff for $90,000. SO ORDERED.
