OPINION AND ORDER re: 85 LETTER MOTION for Conference regarding Defendants' Motion for a Protective Order and/or Stay of Discovery addressed to Magistrate Judge Stewart D. Aaron from Eric D. Witkin dated June 29, 2018, filed by McDonald's USA, LLC, McDonald's Corporation. For the foregoing reasons, the Court DENIES Plaintiff's motion for a protective order and/or stay of discovery. The parties shall meet and confer with respect to McDonalds objecti ons no later than July 27, 2018, and shall, in good faith, seek to resolve any disputes. If the parties are unable to resolve any disputes, they shall raise them with the Court by joint letter submitted no later than August 3, 2018.
