In addition, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, on or before Friday, March 9, 2018, why the Amended Complaint should not be dismissed without prejudice as to Defendants Butch Harmon, Millionaire Maker, and Nike Golf for failure to serve within the time frame specified by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m).
