August 22, 2017	Filing 19 OPINION AND ORDER re: 5 MOTION to Vacate Arbitration Award. filed by Oracle Corporation: Oracle Corporation ("Oracle" or "Petitioner") petitions this Court, pursuant to Section 9 of the Federal Arbitration Act (&q uot;FAA"), to vacate an arbitration award against it and in favor of Felicia Wilson ("Wilson" or "Respondent"). Oracle alleges that the Arbitrator, Betty Weinberg Ellerin, refused to hear pertinent and material evidence and d isregarded a dispositive contractual provision. In Wilson's opposition, she asks the Court to modify the rate of interest applied. For the reasons stated above, Petitioner's motion to vacate the arbitration award and Respondent's request to modify the interest rate are DENIED.
