Gardephe from Gillian Cassell-Stiga, Plaintiff's counsel dated January 22, 2018. filed by Carlos Isaac. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6), Defendants ha ve moved to dismiss Plaintiff's (1) deliberate indifference to serious medical needs claim against Officer Cabrera; (2) Monell claim against the City and the Corizon Defendants; and (3) medical malpractice claim. (Def. Br. (Dkt. No. 48) at 12- 21). (As further set forth in this Order.) For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted. Plaintiff is granted leave to file a Second Amended Complaint. Any Second Amended Complaint will be filed by March 28, 2018. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate the motions (Dkt.
