OPINION AND ORDER re: 49 MOTION re: Support of Amended Complaint, Memorandum of Law filed by De'mon Walls, 36 MOTION to Dismiss Amended Complaint filed by Michael Kelly, Skinner, A. Watkins, Kevin Cherverko, Correct Care Solutions, W.C.D.O.C.S., County Of Westchester. ENDORSEMENT: The motion to dismiss is GRANTED. The Clerk is instructed to terminate the motion (Docs. ##36, 49) and close this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
