OPINION AND ORDER re: 69 MOTION to Preclude Plaintiff El Ansari's Proffered Expert Witness, Yaakov Siegel, Psy.D., From Offering His Written Report or Testifying at Trial. filed by Bridget Graham, The New York and Presbyte rian Hospital. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' Motion to Preclude Plaintiff's Expert Yaakov Siegel from Offering his Report or Testifying is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the open motion at d ocket entry 69. A jury trial shall commence at 10:00 A.M. on November 11, 2019. Any motions in limine must be filed by September 6, 2019; any responses in opposition are due September 20, 2019. The parties must submit a joint pretrial order, pre -marked trial exhibits, joint requests to charge, and proposed voir dire questions, 9 no later than October 4, 2019. All trial counsel must appear for a final pretrial conference on October 31, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. All submissions must comply wi th the undersigned's Individual Practices.
