OPINION AND ORDER: re: 21 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff-Relator's Amended Complaint filed by Christian Aid, 26 LETTER MOTION for Oral Argument requesting hearing on Defendant's pending Motion to Dismiss addressed to Judge P. Kevin Castel from Harry Sandick dated March 26, 2021 filed by Christian Aid. For these reasons, Christian Aid's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. The Clerk is directed to terminate the motion (docs 21, 26), enter a judgment for the defendant dismissing the claim for lack of personal jurisdiction, and close the case. SO ORDERED.
