Plaintiff's claims under the NYSHRL and NYCHRL are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed (1) to amend the caption of this action to reflect that "Henry T. Lievre and Deborah M Lievre, as co-executors of the estate of Henry E. Lievre" have been substituted as plaintiffs for Henry E. Lievre (see Dkt.
