January 20, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 118 ORDER: ORDERED that the parties shall consult and advise the Court by February 8, 2022 whether, should this case proceed to trial, all parties consent to a bench trial before this Court. Harrison's claim for discriminatio n based on the Port Authority's alleged failure to train her is dismissed, as is her hostile work environment claim. However, Harrison's claim for wrongful termination may proceed.
