OPINION AND ORDER re: 62 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint filed by A/P Moeller Maersk, Maersk Line A/S, 57 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Maersk Line, Limited. For the reasons stat ed in this Opinion, MLL's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in full. Maersk A/S's and A/P's motion to dismiss is GRANTED in full.
